Grangemouth Triathlon Club has organised a series of bite-sized events taking place on Sunday 10 May 2026, at Longriggs Farm, James Place, Coalsnaughton, Tillicoultry, FK13 6LG. “Run Bike Run: on the Farm” is designed to offer tasters of some of the elements of Swim Bike and Run, and allow people to build their confidence in a “fun and welcoming” environment.

Vacancy: 1st Step Senior Training Bike Mechanic
1st Step Development Ventures is recruiting a Senior Training Bike Mechanic. The position is 35 hours per week (including regular Saturday hours), with a salary of £25,116, based in the Howgate Shopping Centre in Falkirk, leading the 1st Step workshop, retail space and workshop team. Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, the role focuses on supporting volunteers affected by addiction and poor mental health, helping people build skills, confidence, and purpose through hands-on bike repair and teamwork.

Theatres Trust’s Small Grants Programme
Theatres Trust’s Small Grants Programme, supported by The Linbury Trust, funds small projects which make a big impact to a theatre’s resilience, sustainability, accessibility, or improving the diversity of audiences. This scheme provides grants of up to £7,500 for essential works to enable not for profit theatres across the UK to be viable and thrive in the future. The application deadline is 12pm on Friday 26 June 2026.
Barclays Access Grants via Community Support Fund
Barclays Access Grants are now available via its Community Sports Fund, to support community organisations working to increase participation in football, tennis and cricket for women and girls across the UK. The programme is designed to address long‑standing inequalities in sport by widening access for underrepresented groups, and creating more inclusive opportunities at a local level. Applications close on Wednesday 27 May 2026.
