In the past years social enterprise has grown and gained momentum in Falkirk, and a number of local business and third sector support organisations now offer a range of social enterprise specific support alongside generic business support packages.
CVS Falkirk
CVS Falkirk promotes social enterprise as a model of doing business. We work with both existing and start-up social enterprises, and encourage individuals and organisations to be more socially enterprising, through a range of tailored services.
You can find out more about the support we offer social enterprises on our main Social Enterprise page, or contact us by phone: 01324 692000, or email: info@cvsfalkirk.org.uk
Forth Valley Social Enterprise Network and Online Directory
Forth Valley Social Enterprise Network (FVSEN) is a membership network promoting and supporting social enterprises across Forth Valley, facilitated by CVS Falkirk, CTSI and SVE.
FVSEN is free to join, and acts as a forum for:
- peer support and information sharing
- potential inter-trading
- engagement with policy makers, funders and other strategic partners
Its Online Directory is an online catalogue of FVSEN members, an innovative and easy to access way for people to ensure they are buying local goods and services with social, ethical and environmental benefits.
For further information, including how to join FVSEN and list your social enterprise on the Directory, please visit the Directory’s About page.
