British Sign Language (BSL) users can contact us via Contact Scotland BSL, the online BSL interpreting video relay service (VRS), which is available unlimited and for free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Contact Scotland BSL is a Scotland-wide cross-service from Sign Language Interactions (SLi).

Travelling by Car
Approx. 14 miles from Stirling, 25 miles from Edinburgh and 25 miles from Glasgow.
- From Stirling/the North: Travelling south on the M9, leave at J6 Grangemouth and turn right onto the A905 – follow the signs for
Falkirk/Callendar House. - From Edinburgh/the East: Leave the M9 at Junction 5 and take the first left at the roundabout onto the A9. Follow the signs for
Callendar House. - From Glasgow/the West: Leave the M8 heading eastbound at J13 onto the M80 for Stirling and follow this until Junction 5 (M876), signposted Kincardine Bridge. Merge with the M9 to Edinburgh and leave at Junction 5 (Grangemouth/Bo’ness) and turn right at the traffic lights. At the roundabout take the A9 and follow the signs for Falkirk/Callendar House.
Parking: Parking is free, though visitors must only park in bays marked “CVS Falkirk”. If all designated bays are full, parking is permitted on the road.
Travelling by Rail or Bus

- Falkirk High Station is on the main Glasgow – Edinburgh line with a 20 minute service; all details are available on the First Rail website (linked).
- Trains from Glasgow Queen Street to Falkirk Grahamston Station operate on a flexible direct/indirect service – so please make note journey times may differ; all details are available on the First Rail website (linked).
McGill’s Scotland Buses: 03330 16 61 62
As bus routes are subject to change, we recommend checking the McGill’s website for timetables and updates in Falkirk.
Some suggested routes:
- from Falkirk High (approx. 30 minutes): go to High Station Road bus stop for the 29 Bus. After 7 stops, change at the Asda Stance 1 stop to the X38 Bus. After 4 stops, get off bus at Calendar Business Park.
- from Falkirk Grahamston (approx. 14 minutes): a short walk to Weir Street bus stop for the 1 Bus. After 3 stops, get off the bus at Calendar Business Park.
Upon Entering Callendar Business Park
Enter Callendar Business Park from the Callendar Road Roundabout, then:
- take the first road on your right
- go right at the mini roundabout (second exit)
- follow the road round (to the left)
- the office is the third building on your left-hand side.
Upon arrival, please press the buzzer panel on the right side of the door, and a member of our team will be there to welcome you.
