Just Enterprise is delivering a free online workshop, Strategic Planning for Social Enterprises, designed to support organisations looking to strengthen their approach to strategic planning.
The workshop takes place via Zoom on two different dates, to allow flexibility for participants:
- Monday 25 May 2026, 10:30am – 12pm
- Thursday 25 June 2026, 7pm – 8:30pm
The session will explore how to develop clear, practical strategies which support long‑term sustainability, organisational resilience, and effective decision‑making, and is aimed at social enterprises reviewing or refreshing their strategic direction (or looking to do so in the near future). There will be practical examinations into strategic planning processes, with opportunities to reflect on current challenges and priorities within attendees’ organisation.
While the workshop is free, advance booking is required.
