Real Living Wage 2022 Rates Announcement Brought Forward
The Living Wage Foundation has announced that they will be bringing forward this year’s announcement of the new real Living Wage rates to Thursday 22nd September. This is in response to rapidly rising living costs, which will be reflected in the new higher rates.
Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy for Scotland Consultation
Scottish Government is developing a new Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy for Scotland, and are looking for people to give their thoughts, views and experiences via an online survey. The Strategy will guide the work Scottish Government (and their partners) will do to improve mental health and wellbeing in Scotland. The deadline for responses is Friday 9th September.

The report is not just a recording exercise – it is a chance to celebrate the incredible work of our sector in 2021/22, but it also highlights the issues we face.
Social Enterprise Net Zero Transition Fund
Social Investment Scotland (SIS), in partnership with Zero Waste Scotland, has launched the Social Enterprise Net Zero Transition Fund (NZTF), designed to support social enterprises and the wider third sector to make the transition to carbon net zero. The fund aims to support organisations in their journey to become carbon neutral, and to develop the circular economy.
Brand for Growth 2022
Brand for Growth 2022 has now opened for applications. Managed by Bold Studio, Brand for Growth aims to provide social enterprises with the opportunity to invest in their brand in a changing world. Successful applicants will take part in a bespoke rebranding exercise. The deadline for applications is Monday 15th August.
