Winter in Falkirk: Santa’s Grotto at the Howgate
In partnership with Falkirk Delivers, Santa’s Grotto will be at the Food Court in the Howgate Shopping Centre, High Street, Falkirk, FK1 1HG every weekend until Christmas. Tickets are £4 per child and includes a gift for each child. There will also be Christmas Markets each Saturday (Saturday 3rd December – Saturday 17th December).

Winter in Falkirk: dates-n-mates Falkirk Christmas Party
dates-n-mates Falkirk is holding their Christmas Party on Thursday 8th December, 7pm – 10pm, at Reddingmuirhead Community Hall, Shieldhill Road, Reddingmuirhead, FK2 0DT. There will be live music, a buffet, and a raffle, with a “bring your own bottle” system. The event is open to everyone, with tickets £8 for members, and £10 for non-members; tickets must be booked in advance.
“Save Energy in the Home” Teams Info Session
NHS Forth Valley and Home Energy Scotland (HES) is holding a free one hour online information session, “Save Energy in the Home”, on Tuesday 6th December, 2pm – 3pm, via Teams. The information session will be delivered by Malcolm Eakin and Mathew Folan from HES, who will be speaking about what support is available from HES.

Royal Voluntary Service (RVS) Forth Valley’s “First Time for Everything” Project is holding a number of festive and winter activities over the coming months, including: Christmas Ceilidh on Saturday 3rd December, 7pm – 10pm, Cracking Christmas Digital Skills event at St Ninians Library, Stirling on Thursday 8th December, 10am – 12pm, and Stargazing at the Stirling Highland Hotel Observatory, Wednesday 11th January 2023, 7pm – 8pm. They are also running a Yarn Bombing Project with the NHS Forth Valley Health Promotion Team.
