MS-UK is offering free Multiple Sclerosis (MS) awareness training sessions for professionals and volunteers, taking place on Wednesday 21 May 2025 at 10am.

The Stroke Association has launched their new Professional Network, the first edition of the new e-bulletin for people working in stroke in Scotland.

Falkirk Council has published an Easy Guide to ECO4 and GBIS Flex to support people in checking their eligibility and applying. ECO4 and GBIS Flex are programmes designed to help families save money on energy bills and make their homes warmer and more energy-efficient.

Money Advice Scotland has recently launched their “Financial Fitness Series”, a 12 month programme designed to help people build and strengthen their financial knowledge and skills, step by step. The next webinar, “Get Financially Fit – Savings Step Class”, will take place on Wednesday 28 May 2025 at 1pm.

Falkirk Council Employment and Training Unit (ETU) is offering local parents a free, part-time programme that aims to help them build their confidence and learn new skills, such as First Aid Training. Taking place at Scout Hall, Pleasance, Falkirk, FK1 1BG, this programme will start on Wednesday 21 May 2025, before taking place each Wednesday 9:30am – 2:30pm for 6 weeks.

Camelon’s Community Action Plan (CAP) will be launched during a free family event on Tuesday 20 May 2025, 6pm – 7:30pm, at Forth Valley Sensory Centre, Redbrae Road, Camelon, FK1 4AA. The event is open to anyone who lives in Camelon, as an opportunity for local people to get involved, have some fun, and see how their ideas have shaped a plan to help their local area thrive.
