Falkirk Council has published an Easy Guide to ECO4 and GBIS Flex to support people in checking their eligibility and applying.
ECO4 and GBIS Flex are programmes designed to help families save money on energy bills and make their homes warmer and more energy-efficient. These programmes are for people who rent privately or own their own home, who are on low incomes, or who may get sick easily if their homes are too cold.
The programmes are paid for by energy companies, and are expected to run until March 2026.
