Make Your Mark Intergenerational Volunteering Online Session
The Make Your Mark campaign aims to increase the number and diversity of heritage volunteers across Scotland. The campaign is holding an online session aimed at supporting volunteer managers around intergenerational volunteering, on Thursday 16 April 2026, 11am – 12pm, via Microsoft Teams.

Bucket Collection Volunteers at Falkirk FC Match
Breakthrough T1D is looking for Bucket Collection Volunteers to help raise as much money as possible at the upcoming Falkirk FC match on Saturday 21 March 2026, 1:45pm – 5:30pm, at Falkirk Football Stadium, 4 Stadium Way, Falkirk, FK2 9EE. All volunteers will receive a Breakthrough T1D t-shirt, a match ticket and a voucher for a pie and drink. A staff member wearing a blue Breakthrough T1D be there to support volunteers on the day.
Volunteer Handbooks: Peer Support Session
A peer support session organised by the Volunteer Organisers Network taking place online on Thursday 12 March 2026, 12pm – 1pm, will focus on the pros, cons and good practice around Volunteer Handbooks.
Empowering Communities Programme: Training Opportunities Available
Fully funded training opportunities are available through CVS Falkirk & District’s Empowering Communities Programme in March 2026. There is no cost to third sector groups or organisations to attend; however, places must be booked in advance.

Volunteer Opportunity: HippFest Volunteers
HippFest, Scotland’s first and only festival of silent film with live music, is looking for volunteers to help deliver their 2026 Festival. Volunteers must be available for an induction meeting on Thursday 5 March 2026, 5:30pm – 7pm, at the Hippodrome, Bo’ness. All volunteers must commit to at least 2 sessions (6 hours each) during the festival, running Tuesday 17 March 2026 – Sunday 22 March 2026. These will take place between 11am – 10pm.
