After speaking with local communities and groups last month on the new 10 year Falkirk Plan, Falkirk CPP is now particularly looking for the views and perspectives of people who have a disability, along with their family members and support workers. They will host an online meeting on Monday 24th May, 7pm – 9pm, for this purpose.

Quiet Waters Updated Contact Information
Quiet Waters has updated their contact information, with a new phone number. The organisation offers counselling for personal, emotional, social and spiritual concerns, aiming to help people find a constructive way forward. They offer support irrespective of faith, gender, sexuality, or background, and are based in Camelon. Their new phone number is: 01324 630643.
MS Society Scottish Wellbeing Hub and Services
The MS Society’s MS Wellbeing Hub aims to provide a one-stop shop of virtual support and information, which is free to anyone with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and their families in Scotland. The Hub’s services include counselling, physiotherapy support, and one to one information support.
Clean Up Scotland Online Resources
Keep Scotland Beautiful (KSB) has a range of online resources available to help individuals and community groups gather evidence about littering, dog fouling and flytipping, through their Clean Up Scotland litter tackling campaign. These resources also cover how people can use this information to take preventative action against litter in their communities and local areas.
New dates-n-mates Podcast Launched
The new dates-n-mates podcast has launched, with the first 3 episodes now available. Designed as friendly conversations with direct experiences and opinions from people with learning disabilities, the podcast is co-hosted by dates-n-mates Directors, who share their views and experiences on a variety of topics that matter to them.
