The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) is hosting an online session, Meet the Funder with Tesco Stronger Starts, designed to help organisations understand funding opportunities available through Tesco’s community programme. The event will take place on Tuesday 3 February 2026, 10am – 11am.
During the webinar, Sharon Stoddart, Community Enabler at Greenspace Scotland, will outline funding priorities, eligibility, and application tips. Opportunities include:
- food security initiatives (eg. breakfast clubs and foodbanks)
- healthy eating and cooking skills projects
- outdoor play and sports activities
- school and community projects promoting wellbeing
Attendees will also be able to learn about the Tesco blue token voting process, and additional support for grant holders. The session concludes with a Q&A, and networking.
