Step on Stress is stress management course available to people living and working across Forth Valley over 16 years of age. It is aimed at those with mild-moderate levels of stress and teaches some of the causes and triggers of stress. It also provides techniques to manage the symptoms. Warm Wednesdays at the OPFS Grangemouth Hub
One Parent Families Scotland (OPFS) and Home-Start Falkirk have opened their Warm Wednesdays at the Grangemouth Hub, located within the Sealock Centre (Beancross Community Centre), Montgomery Street, Grangemouth, FK3 8QR. This is open to all parents and carers to drop in for a hot drink and a chat, and aims to provide an opportunity to meet new people and find out more about the Family Hub in Grangemouth.
