Scottish Government published their new ‘National Transitions to Adulthood Strategy’, with a focus on collaborative and co-ordinated approaches to improve outcomes for young disabled people. Building on their Statement of Intent, the strategy has been shaped through extensive engagement with young disabled people, parents, carers and professionals.

Enable Communities Weekly Walking Groups
Enable Communities holds weekly walking groups in the Falkirk District area, which are open to anyone (though primarily aimed at adults with learning disabilities in the area, their family and support staff also more than welcome). The walks take place every Thursday, 1:30pm – 3:30pm, with the next meeting at the Falkirk Wheel on Thursday 19 June 2025.
