The B&Q Foundation supports hundreds of registered charities across the UK every year, providing grants for a wide range of charities who are looking for funding to improve or develop spaces which benefit their local communities.
This grant supports capital and revenue costs. Awards are up to £10,000 for building or indoor projects, and up to £5,000 for garden projects. Funds are restricted to projects that provide, maintain, repair, or improve housing or community spaces, with priority given to grants funding over 25% of the project.
Registered charities supporting people experiencing homelessness, in financial hardship, impacted by health, disability, or other disadvantage or distress can apply. Full application criteria is available in the guidance (linked for your convenience).
