Volunteer Co-ordinators and Managers are responsible for the recruitment, training and management of volunteers, but also work to ensure volunteers feel safe, supported and valued. Their skills and knowledge help people, and the organisations they volunteer with, support communities in the ways that matter most.

They have a unique position in the third sector, and without them, volunteering itself would be a very different experience.
