Youth Scotland’s e-learning course, Ready for Youth Work, is now open for applications until Thursday 30 April 2026.

Ready for Youth Work is a practical course for youth workers and volunteers to ensure they can:

create a safe space for young people
plan, deliver and evaluate fun youth work sessions for young people
engage young people meaningfully, and celebrate and recognise their achievements

Participants have until Tuesday 30 June 2026 to complete the course; accreditation is available at SCQF Level 3. The course is open to those living in Scotland only.
