Froglife Volunteer Session
Froglife is holding a volunteer session on Saturday 1st February, 11am – 12:30pm at the Kinneil Local Nature Reserve, Snab Lane, Bo’ness, EH51 0PS. During the session, participants and the Froglife team will work together to restore and enhance a pond in the nature reserve. No previous experience is necessary and tools are provided, but participants should wear suitable clothing and wellies or other stout footwear.
ALLIANCE “Future Delivery of Social Care” Consultation Event
The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (ALLIANCE) has announced that they will be running a consultation event on Tuesday 11th February from 2:45pm at their office in the Venlaw Building, 349 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4AA. The event is in response to Scottish Parliament’s Health and Sport Committee’s inquiry on the future delivery of social care in Scotland, and what is required to meet future needs (closing on Thursday 20th February).
