The World Hepatitis Alliance has released new campaign materials ahead of World Hepatitis Day 2020, which takes place on Tuesday 28th July. Materials include a range of posters and social media graphics, which are available in a range of languages, and can be translated into other languages using the new customisation tool. A new website has also been launched, along with a webinar on plans for virtual events as a result of COVID-19.

Action Group Wellbeing Response Service
The Action Group has received funding from the Wellbeing Fund to help meet additional problems the people they support are facing due to COVID-19. The Wellbeing Response service is for families with a disabled child, and adults with additional support needs and their carers.
FVRC Weekly Online Recovery Schedule Published
Forth Valley Recovery Community (FVRC) has published their Weekly Online Recovery Programme schedule. The programme will run throughout the COVID-19 recovery phase, and FVRC hopes it will help provide a message of hope and support. Activities include daily reflection, Tai Chi, yoga, and weekly quizzes and watch parties.
New Samaritans Self-Help App
Samaritans have launched their new Self-Help app to help people keep track of how they are feeling, and provide recommendations for things they can do to help themselves cope, feel better and stay safe in a crisis. It can used online via your browser, or can be installed on a computer or smartphone. It is not monitored by anyone, including Samaritans staff or volunteers, and they cannot see what people write in it. Any feedback left via the sidebar will also remain anonymous. The app aims to help people learn safe, memorable techniques for coping with things that are troubling them, through a range of interactive features.
FATE COVID-19 Services
In response to COVID-19, Friends at the End (FATE) has been awarded funding to help people to put their end of life care plans in place. FATE is based in Glasgow and work with people throughout Scotland. They plan to use this funding to help support more people to document their end-of-life wishes, by assisting with the preparation of Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, and Advance Statements, amongst others.
