SCYAP Extended Summer Activities for Young People
Safer Communities Youth Action Project (SCYAP) has extended its Summer Activities for Young People to include groups and activities for young people aged 10 – 18 years old. While some of the activities are only available to those aged 10 – 12 years old, the new sessions include events, arts and crafts, football and rollerblading, cooking lessons, and wild nature gardening.
Go! Youth Trust Summer Holiday Programme
Go! Youth Trust’s Commonwealth Games-themed Summer Holiday Programme begins next Tuesday 30 June 2026 for young people aged 8 – 16 years old. The programme will run across the school summer holidays on Tuesdays (for young people aged 8 – 12 years old) and Thursdays (for those aged 13 – 16 years old). Hot meals and packed lunches will be provided, with activities including archery, karate, basketball, and bowls, amongst others.
