Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) has appointed Caroline Doherty as its Interim Chief Officer.
Caroline joined the Partnership in 2023 and has served as Head of Community Services since a refresh of the senior leadership team and creation of new portfolio areas. Caroline also brings her experience from previous roles with the Care Inspectorate, and East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership.
On the role, Caroline said:
“It is a privilege to take on this role at a pivotal time for the Partnership, as we work to stabilise our financial position and respond to growing demand for services. I am committed to working closely with staff, partners and communities to navigate these challenges, and look forward to building on the progress already being made.”
Caroline will begin in the interim role from the start of June, with recruitment to the permanent Chief Officer vacancy due to begin imminently.
