New for 2025: Online Webinars
As part of our Falkirk Funders Fayre offering, we are excited to host a series of FREE one hour online webinars the following week after the in-person event:
- Webinar 1: Tuesday 18 March, 1pm – 2pm: “Diversifying Income“.
The Chartered Institute of Fundraising is the membership body for UK fundraising, representing and championing the work of individual fundraisers, charities, and their partners. With the number of unprecedented challenges facing the third sector, the ability to diversify their income will be an essential tool for local groups and organisations. This session looks to support those who are looking to vary and strengthen their group’s revenue.
- Webinar 2: Wednesday 19 March, 1pm – 2pm: “Using Data to Fundraise“.
360Giving’s mission is to help UK funders publish their grants data in an open, standardised way, and support people to understand and use this data to improve charitable giving. Groups who can use quantitative, statistical data and its impact effectively in their funding applications have a definite advantage in a difficult funding landscape, and this session aims to illustrate how to effectively utilise the tools available.
- Webinar 3: Thursday 20 March, 1pm – 2pm: “Grants and Capital Funding“.
The Clothworkers’ Foundation aims to improve the lives of people and communities – particularly those facing disadvantage and marginalisation – through grant making. They award more than £7 million annually in capital grants in alignment with their 10 areas of priority. With capital grants becoming increasingly difficult to find, we hope our local sector will take advantage of this rare opportunity to hear directly from the Clothworkers’ Grants Manager.
The webinars will take place online over Zoom and participants can choose to attend any or all of the webinars – please book your place via our Eventbrite Webinar page.
Everyone is welcome at the Falkirk Funders Fayre 2025 in-person event and online webinars, although both are aimed at third sector groups and organisations, including charities, social enterprises, community and voluntary groups. Organisations from outwith the Falkirk area are also welcome to attend.
