In the coming weeks, Falkirk Council is hosting a number of Budget Engagement 2025/26 Information Sessions throughout the various wards within the Falkirk Council area. They are keen for local people to attend one of the events in their area, to hear more about the council’s plans for their budget in 2025/26 and to share their thoughts on how proposed increases in council tax that will support current and new services. Budget Engagement Events will take place on:
- Tuesday 13 August 2024, 12noon – 2pm, Larbert Library
- Tuesday 13 August 2024, 7pm – 9pm, Bonnybridge Community Centre
- Wednesday 14 August 2024, 12noon – 2pm, Falkirk Library
- Thursday 15 August 2024, 12noon – 2pm, Grangemouth Library
- Thursday 15 August 2024, 7pm – 9pm, Falkirk Hight School
- Tuesday 20 August 2024, 12noon – 2pm, Denny Library
- Tuesday 20 August 2024, 7pm – 9pm, Bo’ness Academy
- Wednesday 21 August 2024, 12noon – 2pm, Meadowbank Library
- Wednesday 21 August 2024, 7pm – 9pm, Braes High School
- Thursday 22 August 2024, 6pm – 7.15pm, online
