The Arnold Clark Community Fund aims to help registered UK charities and community groups, working within 50 miles of an Arnold Clark branch, to build stronger communities across the UK.
Its Cost of Living Support fund is available to organisations which work directly to support people most affected by the cost of living crisis, such as foodbanks, accommodation and housing services, poverty relief groups, and any other eligible organisation where people or communities in the UK are the primary and immediate focus of investment.
The Arnold Clark Community Fund welcomes applications from:
- UK registered charities
- local community groups
- social enterprises
- Community Interest Companies (CICs)
- groups of organisations which are community- or voluntary-led
- charitable incorporated organisations (CIOs or SCIOs)
Applications are only eligible if they’re made by an organisation that is based in or operates solely in the UK, and is located within 50 miles of an Arnold Clark branch. The Arnold Clark Community Fund particularly welcomes applications from smaller third sector and community organisations who are working with those most affected and vulnerable to the increased cost of living.
Those interested in applying are advised to ensure they read and understand the eligibility criteria before submitting an application. Please note that groups and organisations must have a bank account set up in the name of their organisation prior to submitting an application to the Arnold Clark Community Fund, as Arnold Clark will not pay into an individual’s bank account.
Funding will be available a rolling monthly basis. However, groups are advised to apply as soon as possible, as applications could be paused due to high demand.
