When 1/12 trustees are named either John or David and fewer than 3% of trustees are under 30, it’s no secret that board diversity is an issue.
The Young Trustees Community Cafe is their way of levelling the playing field by giving young trustees the space to make meaningful networks and learn from one another. This dynamic space was created by popular demand from young trustees like you, and aims to act as a forum to connect with fellow young trustees, exchange insights, and dive into invaluable resources.
