A peer support session organised by the Volunteer Organisers Network taking place online on Thursday 12 March 2026, 12pm – 1pm, will focus on the pros, cons and good practice around Volunteer Handbooks.
This session is aimed at volunteer managers and organisers (paid or unpaid) from heritage organisations (natural, cultural and built heritage) who are thinking of developing a volunteer handbook, have one which works well, or would like some feedback on their handbook.
The Network aims to provide an opportunity for attendees to talk with people in similar roles, share their volunteer organiser insights, ask questions, and discover practical tips.
