JOIN OUR TEAM! CVS Falkirk & District is looking for an inspiring and strategic leader to join us as our new Deputy Chief Executive Officer. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our organisation, supporting the Chief Executive and Board of Directors to deliver our vision for a thriving, resilient, and empowered third sector across Falkirk and District.

We are looking for someone who brings a blend of strategic insight, operational strength, and a genuine passion for community impact. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, be confident in building partnerships, and bring a positive, people‑centred approach to leadership.

The Role

The position is 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm; some evenings and weekends may be required), with a salary of £45,000 per annum (plus 6% pension contribution) and a permanent contract, based in Falkirk, reporting to the CEO.

The Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) supports the Chief Executive and Board of Directors in delivering the organisation’s strategic vision and operational priorities. The Deputy CEO will play a central part in shaping the organisation’s strategic direction, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on operational oversight, supporting our teams, developing new opportunities, and representing CVS Falkirk & District across a wide range of local and national forums.
