Registration for The Fore’s Summer 2026 Funding Round will open at 12pm on Wednesday 25 March 2026 for one week until 12pm on Wednesday 1 April 2026.
The Fore provides development funding and strategic support to early‑stage charities and social enterprises across the UK. It offers unrestricted grants designed to have a transformational impact, enabling organisations to take significant steps forward in their development or undertake activity they could not afford to do previously. In addition to funding, successful applicants receive access to pro‑bono professional support, including mentoring, governance advice, strategic development assistance, and ongoing access to a network of skilled volunteers and training workshops.
The programme aims to strengthen early‑stage organisations by investing in their capacity, sustainability, and strategic growth. Grants may be used for capital, revenue, or core costs, and are intended to unlock new opportunities or catalyse organisational development.
Organisations must have an annual income of £500,000 or less. Eligible applicants include:
- UK‑registered charities
- charitable trusts
- charitable unincorporated associations
- charitable incorporated organisations
- companies limited by guarantee with charitable status
- Community Interest Companies (CICs) limited by guarantee
- community benefit societies with an asset lock
