Applications are now open for Scottish Enterprise’s International Pathways to Scale Programme.

This programme aims to support female founders in early-stage businesses to develop the leadership capability, investment readiness and international growth expertise needed to scale successfully. Through executive education, specialist business support, international trade expertise and peer learning, the programme offers practical tools, valuable connections, and a clear roadmap for growth.

Running from November 2026 to January 2027, the programme offers: a three-day residential learning experience; dedicated Scottish Enterprise specialist support; access to International Pathways to Scale project grant funding where eligible; leadership development; investment readiness support and expert guidance; and more.

Places are limited to a cohort of eight to ten female founders from ambitious Scottish companies with strong international growth potential. To apply, application forms must be submitted via email to enquiries@scotent.co.uk by 5pm, Monday 19 October 2026.
