Falkirk Older People’s Day 2026
November 4 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Open to all, Falkirk Older People’s Day 2026 will take place on Wednesday 4 November 2026, 10am – 2pm, at the Braveheart Unit in the Howgate Shopping Centre (FK1 1HG). A celebration of local services, support networks and community organisations, this year’s theme is ‘Age is Just a Number – Inclusion, Wellbeing, Positivity’.
Hosted by the Falkirk Older People’s Network (OPN), more than 30 organisations will be available to share information, offer advice and help older people, their families and carers across Falkirk District explore the support available to them. These include Age Scotland, Braveheart, Alzheimer Scotland, Citizens Advice Bureau, Dial-a-Journey, and Forth Valley Sensory Centre, alongside many others.
Whether you are looking for support or just want to know what is available locally, entry is free and everyone is welcome, so why not drop in and join the Network as we celebrate Older People’s Day!
Falkirk Older People’s Network is supported by CVS Falkirk & District, with Braveheart Association and Falkirk Delivers supporting the delivery of the annual Older People’s Day event.
