The Falkirk Community Planning Partnership is required by the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 to publish a Local Outcomes Improvement Plan that identifies local priority issues and actions, and how the Partnership plans to tackle them. Falkirk’s current Local Outcomes Improvement Plan is called The Falkirk Plan. You can read The Falkirk Plan in full on the Falkirk Council website.
The Falkirk Plan was approved by the Falkirk Community Planning Partnership Board in October 2021. The Falkirk Plan covers the time period from 2021 until 2030, however it is currently being reviewed to make sure that the Plan’s priorities, actions and outcomes are still suitable and relevant. The reviewed Plan will then be submitted to the Community Planning Partnership Board for comment and approval in December 2024.
