Scottish Government’s Community and Third Sector Recovery Programme funding stream is now open, offering both organisational support and funding to deliver services. The Community and Third Sector Recovery Programme aims to support charities, community groups, social enterprises and voluntary organisations that are supporting people and communities through the shift from lockdown to recovery. The programme has two strands: the Adapt and Thrive programme (running until March 2021), and the Communities Recovery Fund.

They will be running a series of final online events, including free Train the Trainer sessions, with the Kelvin Valley and Falkirk event taking place Monday 26th October, 2pm – 3pm. Permission to Dream Project
Outside the Box is expanding their Permission to Dream project, a mental health peer support project which works with small groups of people, enabling them to support each other by improving the quality and quantity of social connections they have. They are looking to start new groups across the Falkirk district for people living with mental health issues, who are also former carers, adoptive parents, or young people. There will also be 3 geographical groups.
