The deadline for digital poster submissions to be displayed at Make Your Mark’s Inclusive Volunteering Conference is this coming Monday 19 January 2026.
Volunteer managers are invited to submit a digital poster design for display at the conference, showcasing their volunteer programme and its impact to attendees, which will include other volunteer-involving organisations, along with funders and policymakers.
The conference will take place on Wednesday 4 February 2026, with this year’s theme “Power in Partnership” focusing on “how co-creation and collaboration can transform volunteering across the heritage sector and beyond”. Posters will be displayed throughout the day on large screens in the Edinburgh Zoo Education Centre, and shared with online attendees.
Volunteer managers do not need to attend the conference to submit a poster. There is a limit of 2 designs per entry.
