As part of its Cyber Project, LEAD Scotland has created a short online survey, and is looking to hear from disabled people, neurodiverse people, blind or visually impaired people, D/deaf people, or people who have long term physical or mental health conditions to complete the survey with their experiences of cybercrime and online safety.
LEAD Scotland’s Cyber Project delivers accessible learning on cyber and online safety topics. The survey is part of a research project aiming to influence the cyber landscape in Scotland in regard to disability and accessibility, exploring:
- disabled people’s experiences with cybercrime
- their confidence and safety online
- any support they receive to be safe online
- how they have learned to be safe online
The survey has 22 questions, and will take around 15 minutes to complete. Respondents do not have to have had an experience with cybercrime to complete the survey.
The deadline for responses is Tuesday 31 March 2026.
