This week is your LAST CHANCE to book a place on the fully funded Lasting Leadership training with The Lasting Difference!

The second cohort is completely booked, and the first – taking place next on Tuesday 28^th February and Tuesday 7^th March – is filling up fast, with only a few places left.

The training is COMPLETELY FREE, thanks to funding from Scottish Government – however, we do not expect this funding to be available again soon, or to have the opportunity to bring the training to Falkirk again in the coming months.

Typically, this training would cost upwards of £250 per person. Participants must commit to attending both days of their cohort.

We would urge those interested in community leadership to get in touch and book a place. The training is aimed at third sector groups and organisations, and individuals, involved in community leadership roles, and is designed to cover topics for personal development.

The programme will be delivered by Jen Curran from The Lasting Difference team, covering 4 Lasting Leadership capabilities:

Day 1:

Lateral leadership, and developing leadership in every corner of your organisation.
Succession planning and knowledge management, and developing capacity, contingency planning and knowledge management processes.

Day 2:

Sustaining energy, focus and self-care; “looking after ourselves and others so we can do our best work”.
Equalities: proactively encouraging and supporting leadership equality and diversity.
