The LandAid Young Futures Fund is now open for Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from organisations supporting young people aged 16 – 25 years old who are experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. The fund focuses on projects across the UK which increase access to safe, secure, and affordable housing, alongside the practical support to help young people maintain tenancies, manage their homes, and move towards independent living.
The fund is aimed at organisations delivering frontline services with strong local connections, and a clear understanding of the needs, challenges and lived-experiences of young people in their communities. LandAid is particularly interested in projects which combine housing solutions with tailored support, recognising that stable accommodation and the right wraparound services are both essential in helping young people build independence, and long-term resilience.
The fund offers grants of £5,000 – £40,000 for one year projects, with funding able to support both capital and revenue costs. Whilst applications up to £40,000 are considered, organisations should be aware that, due to high demand and limited funds, most awards are expected to be made at a lower level.
The application process is delivered in two stages:
- Stage 1: Submission of an Expression of Interest (EOI)
- Stage 2: Submission of a full application, by invitation only
Organisations invited to progress to Stage 2 will be contacted following the assessment of their EOI.
The deadline for submitting an EOI is Friday 22 May 2026. Full applications will be invited from mid-June, until early July 2026.
