Bailliefields Community Hub offers a variety of activities and initiatives aimed at improving the lives of the local community. With a focus on accessibility, everyone is welcome to join their sessions – with each of the below based at Bailliefields Community Hub, Sunnyside Road, Brightons, Falkirk, FK2 0RN.
- Try Something New Dementia Group runs on the last Monday of each month from 10am – 12noon for people living with dementia and their carers, and offers a series of taster sessions with previous examples including chair yoga and tai chi.
- Starting Tuesday 2 December 2025, the FREE dementia friendly Social Cafe offers community, companionship, and great food. Going forward, the Social Cafe will run fortnightly on Tuesdays.
- Join Bailliefields Community Hub for Walking Cricket every Tuesday from 1pm – 2.30pm! Open to all abilities, these friendly inclusive sessions are ideal for older adults or those with mobility challenges. With adapted rules for accessibility and equipment provided, no experience is needed – just bring your enthusiasm.
- Paracise is a gentle, low-impact exercise class designed to improve posture, flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing. All exercise are performed standing – nothing is done on the floor. The class is set to uplifting music and each session focuses on safe, effective music. Taking place Tuesdays from 3pm – 3.45pm, sessions cost £3.
