As part of its 2026 series of free workshops introducing its training courses, Get Grants is holding an online Introduction to Storytelling in Fundraising workshop, taking place on Tuesday 8 September 2026, 1pm – 2pm via Zoom.
The workshop will explore how to identify and share authentic stories, communicate outcomes clearly, and use storytelling techniques to engage potential funders and donors. Get Grants aims to help attendees understand the fundamentals of effective storytelling, and demonstrate how compelling narratives can strengthen fundraising efforts. “This can help organisations connect with funders, supporters, and communities, by bringing their impact to life.” By the end of the workshop, participants should have gained practical insights into crafting messages showcasing their organisation’s work, and increasing the impact of funding applications and fundraising campaigns.
