The draft Falkirk Plan has been published, and is now open for public consultation.
The Falkirk Plan is a new 10 year strategy, developed by the Falkirk Community Planning Partnership (CPP) to help tackle the most pressing issues of poverty and inequality across the entire Falkirk area.
The current draft was developed through engagement with Falkirk’s different communities (including through online meetings and surveys), and the CPP is keen for as many people as possible to submit give their thoughts, views and feedback to ensure the Plan includes the issues and challenges local communities want to see prioritised. Points raised during the previous engagement has also been considered when creating this draft.
The consultation is available as an online survey, which should only take 10 minutes to complete. Information gathered will be used to finalise the Plan ahead of its formal and final approval by the CPP Board in October.
The draft Falkirk Plan is available to view or download as a pdf via the Falkirk Council website.
The deadline for responses is Thursday 30th September.
