The courses are designed for people working in the third sector, health and social care, frontline services, education, and youth work. They can also be beneficial for parents and carers, volunteers, and those who would like to know more about mental health.
The Level 5 First Aid for Youth Mental Health addresses the biggest struggles faced by young people, and how participants can best support them to navigate their experiences.
The Level 6 Supervising First Aid for Mental Health qualifies participants as a Mental Health First Responder, providing them with the tools to assist in a mental health first aid scenario.
Spaces are limited, and booking is essential. Participants who can no longer attend are asked to contact Falkirk Foundation and cancel their place.
