“Strategic Planning” is designed for third sector leaders and managers who are involved in planning their organisation’s strategic direction. Whether the organisation has experienced staff or board turnover, is facing mission drift, or simply wants to refocus its future direction, this session aims to offer practical support, with participants exploring why strategic planning is essential for organisational resilience and agility.
