Whether the organisation has experienced staff or board turnover, is facing mission drift, or simply wants to refocus its future direction, this session aims to offer practical support, with participants exploring why strategic planning is essential for organisational resilience and agility.
The session will introduce tools and techniques to help define mission, anticipate challenges, and set a clear course for the future.
