In addition to the Forth Valley Third Sector Conference, we’re working with CTSI and SVE, and Scottish Government, to hold an online engagement event on Charity Law.

Taking place Wednesday 13^th January 2021, 10:30am – 1:30pm, the event aims to restart engagement with the third sector to develop and refine the proposals consulted on in 2019 for changes to charity law, gathering views on:

enhancing transparency and accountability in Scottish charities
increased regulatory powers for the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR)

Whether you are a charity trustee, work or volunteer with a charity, or have a general interest in charity law, you are invited to book a place and make your views count. A delegate pack will be sent out in advance of the meeting.
