With our partners at Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise (SVE) and Clackmannanshire Third Sector Interface (CTSI), we’re delighted to launch the rescheduled Forth Valley Third Sector Conference on Tuesday 9th February 2021 as a way to come together, celebrate and plan for the future, with booking now open!
The work of local charities, community and volunteer groups, social enterprises, and hundreds of volunteers, has been an extraordinary feature across the Forth Valley in 2020 – especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The conference will take place entirely online, via Zoom, 9:15am – 3pm, with optional networking sessions till 4pm. Places are £10 each.
As a mark of the contribution been made by the third sector, our keynote speaker will be Aileen Campbell, MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Local Government and Communities, who will be focusing on the theme of the conference: “People, Place and Participation”.

The conference will also feature a plenary by Jim McCormick, the new Chief Executive of the Robertson Trust, and include a packed day of workshops for local third sector staff, volunteers and trustees.
We hope that this stimulating programme will also lead to new partnerships and networking of the sector as we work towards a fairer future for Scotland with a thriving, valued third sector at its heart.
