DESCRIPTION:In addition to the Forth Valley Third Sector Conference\, we’re working with CTSI and SVE\, and Scottish Government\, to hold an online engagement event on Charity Law. \nTaking place Wednesday 13th January 2021\, 10:30am – 1:30pm\, the event aims to restart engagement with the third sector to develop and refine the proposals consulted on in 2019 for changes to charity law\, gathering views on: \n\nenhancing transparency and accountability in Scottish charities\nincreased regulatory powers for the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR)\n\nWhether you are a charity trustee\, work or volunteer with a charity\, or have a general interest in charity law\, you are invited to book a place and make your views count.
