Membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme is now a legal requirement for those carrying out a “regulated role”.

Volunteer Scotland is running a series of online Information Sessions (via MS Teams) about the major changes in the disclosure process, and how these will impact on local groups, and their volunteers and staff:

Monday 5 May at 10am
Tuesday 13 May at 2pm
Thursday 22 May at 10am
Wednesday 28 May at 2pm

These sessions aim to provide an opportunity to learn about the new legislation, and a chance to ask any questions about the Disclosure Act in 2025, as well as how to work with the current disclosure legislation.

All sessions are free, but booking is required.
