The Open University’s Centre for Voluntary Sector Leadership (CVSL) provides a number of free courses, including Developing Leadership Practice in Voluntary Organisations.
The course is designed to provide an opportunity for people working within third sector organisations to develop energetic, practical and thoughtful leadership practice. Learning topics include: thinking leadership, leadership as a person, transformational leadership, leadership as ethics and practice. The course involves approximately 15 hours of study, divided up into 5 weekly sections. Upon completion, participants will receive a Statement of Participation.
