The Central Scotland Regional Equality Council (CSREC) is offering a complimentary programme of activities to people from ethnic minority groups in Falkirk, Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire, who are struggling with their mental health.
Activities include yoga and mindfulness, arts and crafts, upcycling, walking groups and cycle trips, as well as social prescribing, delivered by Falkirk District Association for Mental Health (FDAMH).
The first Mindful Relaxation session will take place on Tuesday 2nd November from 2pm at CSREC’s office in the Howgate Shopping Centre, High Street, Falkirk, FK1 1HG.
