CFSLA Lottery have a variety of small grants available for community groups whose activities benefit people living in Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling local authority areas.
- Community Award: Up to £600 for the equipment and materials community groups need for activity which benefits local residents.
- Community Celebration Award: Up to £500 for community-led events supported by a Payroll Lottery Member which bring people together and foster community spirit.
- Hardship Fund: Up to £500 for community-led initiatives aimed at alleviating the impact of the rising cost of living on the most disadvantaged.
CFSLA Lottery offer assistance to charity and community groups within the boundaries of Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling council areas, with the objective to support small groups who benefit communities at ‘grass-roots’ level. To be eligible, groups must:
- be a properly constituted community group or a registered charity
- be operating at grass-roots level and be able to show evidence of community benefit
- be able to provide your most recent annual accounts.
In exceptional circumstances, they will fund larger organisations and charities, however they prioritise groups with a turnover less than £25,000. If you are a larger organisation, please contact their team to discuss your application before applying.
The type of projects favoured are:
- Equipment or materials which are essential to allow an existing group to continue or extend the activities or services that group can provide to the community.
- Equipment or materials that will allow the group to raise additional funds for themselves.
- New groups which need essential equipment to begin operating.
- Employee fund-raising in aid of eligible groups (Separate form available).

The CFSLA Committee meets quarterly to review funding applications – in 2025, (provisionally) this will be 3 March 2025, 2 June 2025, 1 September 2025, and 17 November 2025. Applications should be submitted no later than the Friday before the meeting.
