Asda Foundation’s Local Community Spaces Fund aims to help charities and Community Interest Companies (CICs) which offer accessible community spaces for local people, and offer funding to repair, renovate and develop them so they can continue delivering their often vital activities and services.
To be eligible to apply for this fund, your community space must be an accessible place where members of the community can interact, seek support and access a variety of services and activities.
Funds projects which meet at least one of the following objectives:

- renovate an existing space to accommodate more users or activities
- create a new community space where groups can meet and undertake activities
- improve accessibility to, or within, a community building
Applications will open from Tuesday 14 April 2026, closing on Tuesday 28 April 2026, and are open to registered charities and CICs which benefit local people. Grants of £10,000 – £20,000 are available.
