Due to the ongoing cost of living crisis and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, including rising numbers of positive cases in Forth Valley, we have launched this year’s Wellness in Winter campaign.

Beginning last week with a series of “Winter in Falkirk” articles, the campaign focuses on people’s health and wellbeing throughout the winter – everything from physical health (including flu and COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters) and mental health, to how to keep spirits up during the festive period (and beyond, into January), and financial worries.

There is also information on support available – including around reducing energy costs and local warm spaces – and community activities and help.
